Have you already welcomed your baby, the first few weeks have passed, and you now feel ready to move again to rebuild your pelvic floor and strengthen your back?
Join Yoga with your Baby, a space where you can reconnect with your inner strength and stability.
In this course, Doula Laure responds to your individual needs. Pelvic floor and back‑strengthening exercises, along with movements for the shoulders and neck, give you new energy, release tension, and help you feel your body more consciously. This is important and deeply nourishing, as pregnancy and childbirth change both the body and how we perceive it. The months after birth, especially, are marked by significant physical and emotional shifts.
In Mama Yoga, you learn how to find calm and relaxation together with your baby during this special time. In some exercises, your baby is very close to you; in others, you are completely with yourself.
Individual sessions can be translated into English or French if needed.

Cost: 205€ (8 weeks)
This course is certified by the Central Prevention Testing Center in accordance with the guidelines of Section 20 SGB V and is subsidized by statutory health insurance funds as part of primary prevention (The amount of reimbursement depends on the statutory benefits of the respective health insurance company).
