Room Gaia — ground floor: 40 sqm
Wonderful, light-filled room with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the garden. The room is ideal for smaller groups of up to 12 people. A lounge (33 sqm) with a tea station is attached. If the event is booked with catering, it will take place in the room Love & Soul.

Room Love & Soul — 1st floor: 39 sqm
The heart of the house is our beautiful, bright dining area with the large, handmade wooden table. Catering is served here during breaks. This wonderful room is ideal for special (team) meetings and family gatherings and can be rented for these occasions. The table comfortably seats 14 to 16 people. For standing events or informal gatherings, the room can accommodate up to 30 guests.

Room Oasis — 1st floor: 13 sqm
Equipped with two comfortable armchairs and a table, the bright, inviting treatment room is ideal for meetings or 1:1 discussions, coaching or treatments. A massage bed can be rented upon request. Restrooms and a tea station are also located on this floor.
Room Universe of Joy — top floor: 72 sqm
A spacious, beautifully designed room beneath the roof, featuring dormer windows and large panes that create a truly special atmosphere. Depending on the layout and seating arrangement, the room can accommodate 30 to 60 people and is ideal for lectures, workshops, yoga classes, or concerts. For yoga sessions, mats can be laid out for up to 30 people.
Catering from Michelle's Soulfood.
Our soulfood chef Michelle accompanies you throughout the day with her delicious creations. Whether vegan, vegetarian, or Ayurvedic – her catering is always fresh, balanced, seasonal, and incredibly tasty.
Tailored individually to you and your occasion, she offers a culinary experience at its finest:
Start your day with a nourishing breakfast bowl, take a break with a healthy snack, enjoy a light lunch, or book a multi-course menu for your celebration.
Equipment
All rooms have real oak parquet flooring with floor heating, clay plaster, adjustable external blinds and very large windows.
Quality
The entire building is shoe-free. There is plenty of space to store street shoes in the entrance area.
Technology
There is free WiFi throughout the house. Music system, projector, screen, flip charts, flat screen, chairs and tables can be rented on request.
