The consultation strengthens your trust in your body, supports your physical and emotional well-being and can help to harmonize your cycle naturally, without any medical intervention.
The consultation is ideal for you if you:
- Are looking for a natural contraceptive method
- Are in the family planning
- Would like to monitor fertility after birth and during breast-feeding
- Want to understand your cycle with fertile and infertile phases better
Each consultation takes approx. 45 minutes (on site or online via Zoom), where we will discuss your goal, your observations and questions about the method together. We look at your entries, correct them if necessary and clarify the most important principles of the symptom method.
Depending on the consulting package, you will receive 1 month to 6 months web access to the app to manage your data and deepen your knowledge.
Dates: after VB
- Individual consultation - Getting to know each other (without web access to Sympto®app) = 50€
- One-time 45-minute consultation without further assistance + 30 days web access (80€)
- Security support: 6 months of support via messenger + a total of 2 hours of consultation = 525€ (including web access to SYMPTO.ORG unlimited for life)
